✨Mama + Me Yoga Flow (Ages: 1-3)✨

This is your time to move, breathe, and reconnect - with your toddler and other moms by your side.

Mama + Me Yoga Flow is a supportive yoga class designed for moms with toddlers (ages 1–3), offering space for you to focus on your body and breath while your little one joins in at their own pace — whether they’re mimicking your movements, playing nearby, or climbing into your arms mid-pose.

Each class includes a mom-focused yoga flow to help build strength, release tension, and reset your nervous system, along with playful moments designed to gently engage your toddler in the practice. Expect calming breathwork, accessible movement, interactive yoga games, and a warm, judgment-free atmosphere where wobbly poses and toddler chaos are always welcome.

We’ll close each class with time for connection — with your child, and with other moms navigating the beautiful (and exhausting) season of early motherhood.

No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are, and know you’re not alone.
