Lakettes Tone + Strength

This program is for the Waconia Lakettes 2026-2027 Dancers!  

Mondays 7-7:40a Mat Party- Bring a Yoga Mat!  We will tackle a mix of total body barefoot on your Mat with a combination of light weights, deep core and bands

Wednesdays 7-7:40a Pump Some Iron- Wear Shoes! A mix of heavier weights and total body strengthening with pops of cardio for endurance.
