Join Kena Forster (past Dancer and Dance Coach) for a 7 week series where participants will build strength, increase endurance while also practicing technique specific to the group. This series will be the perfect way to train in the "off season."
Each class will include: balance drills for turns, barre exercises, Pilates moves for smaller muscles that need to be engaged in turns, leaps, and jumps. We will work on turns, leaps and jumps in each class with a goal of seeing improvement over the series.
Wednesday & Fridays 7-7:45a (doors open at 6:45a *to walk the block as a warm up) Class begins promptly at 7a.
June 10- July 31st (No class 7/3 or 7/22)
*Girls can also participate that are not dancers or gymnast but want to increase their strength and endurance.
